Love our new home!
My husband and I would like to thank Lobisser Building Corp for the hard work, huge effort and quality of materials and finishes that went into building our Condominium at Rockwood Meadows. We are very happy with the results and continue to watch the unit evolve as we personalize the interior. One of the reasons we decided to build with Lobisser was because of the ability to customize our unit. It made planning a bit more hectic but it is worth it! I love walking into my new home everyday .... I am a Realtor and on a daily basis, I see so many different styles of homes and condos in all shapes and sizes. Lobisser builds a very special product and I would recommend the Company to friends, family as well as my customer base!

Dear Leslie and Kevin:
It's hard to believe that 8 years have gone by since the day Bob and I
moved into our dream house!
And there is no better time to thank you both for EVERYTHING you did to
build such a fine home. Even thru this most difficult winter, we had no
frozen pipes, heat that never failed and not a drop of water anywhere!
("knock wood" :) Knowing that I've called you whenever we needed something
done in the past regarding the house, I just wanted you to hear the good
news!

"The moment we saw the location, we knew we wanted to live in Aldrich Estates. The instant we met Kevin we knew he was the builder for us.The journey from start to finish with Lobisser Building was a delightful experience. We made many visits during the construction and each any every time we were treated with ther utmost respect from the subs, foundation crew, and the young man sweeping the basement. Everyone was very professional and if we had any questions, all were very happy to answer them. Needless to say we are very pleased with the entire experience and for treating us in a way that made us feel like we mattered.

We've been in over a month now and still wondering what to do with all the boxes in our garage but we are definitley pleased with the outcome. I can't say enough about your contractors. They are all so pleasant and easy to work with and I was amazed at how quickly they addressed any issues or questions we had. Please pass our THANKS on to everyone."
